WHAT INFORMATION DOES GOLD COAST FLORIDA REGIONAL CENTER COLLECT?

We will also collect information about how you heard about us and why you are interested in our Regional Center (“Additional Registration Information”). We will also ask you to provide certain information in connection with a preliminary evaluation, including whether you have a criminal record, whether you can provide the last seven years of tax returns from your home country or valid proof of income, information about your individual or joint net worth (if applicable), information on whether you meet the minimum amount of assets required for participation in the EB-5 Program, whether such amount was obtained through savings, inheritance, gift, or other lawful means, whether you can document the source of such funds, information about your annual and future income, whether you are a U.S. citizen, and your location (collectively, “Preliminary Evaluation Information”).

If you choose to get in contact with us through the Service, we will collect your first name, last name, email address, phone number, the subject matter of your inquiry, and the content of your message to us (collectively, “Inquiry Information”).

HOW DOES GOLD COAST FLORIDA REGIONAL CENTER USE THE INFORMATION IT COLLECTS?

Gold Coast Florida Regional Center uses the information that you provide to us to operate the Service. We use Usage Information to: (i) control network traffic on our website, (ii) combat fraud, malicious, and criminal activity, and (iii) identify where traffic to our website originates and the devices most commonly used with our Service for purposes of optimizing our Visitor and Member experience.

If you choose to register for the EB-5 Program, we use your Registration Information and Preliminary Evaluation Information to determine whether you are eligible for the program and to follow up on your registration submission. We use any Additional Information that you provide us in connection with your registration for our internal business purposes, including to evaluate our marketing and advertising efforts.

If you contact us with an inquiry, we use your Inquiry Information for purposes of responding to your particular inquiry of us and rendering customer support.

DOES GOLD COAST FLORIDA REGIONAL CENTER SHARE MY INFORMATION WITH THIRD PARTIES?

When you do provide us with personal information, we will take appropriate steps to protect the information you share with us. In connection with making our Service available to you, we utilize a number of third party service providers, who render services to us including data and web hosting services. These third party service providers only use your information to the extent necessary for them to provide services to us. We do sell your personal information to third parties.
